Shift Manager

WIBISCO is seeking a capable and decisive Shift Manager to oversee production operations during assigned shifts and ensure performance standards are consistently met. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for facility-wide oversight in the absence of other management, handling employee welfare matters, maintaining sanitation and hygiene compliance, and preparing monthly KPI reports. An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification is required, along with at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team leader with solid knowledge of production management principles, safety procedures, and the ability to deliver results under time pressure.
