Lorenzo Roach
Lorenzo joined WIBISCO in 2018 and serves as the Managing Director. He has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, serving in managerial positions in both Supply Chain Management and Plant Operations.
Lorenzo is an MBA graduate of the University of the West Indies, and he has preserved WIBISCO’s strong legacy as a leader in the manufacturing industry. In relation to the strategic direction of the Company, Lorenzo looks forward to building on WIBISCO’s strong foundation, continuing to grow the business locally, regionally and internationally, with the continued support of the team at WIBISCO.
Diane Payne
Diane joined WIBISCO in 2003 as the Sales & Marketing Manager, and she currently holds the position of Commercial Manager, focusing on brand marketing, trade marketing and merchandising. She has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry and enjoys both the creative and analytical aspects of her role.
Diane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Bristol, UK, and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc Honours) in Computational Linguistics and Modern Languages (French and Spanish), from the University of Manchester, UK.
Nicole Forde
Since 2023, Nicole has served as Sales Manager at WIBISCO, overseeing the local and export markets, where she focuses on business growth and market expansion.
With over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, and more than a decade in Senior Management within the distribution sector, Nicole combines deep industry knowledge with a competitive spirit to fuel innovation and excellence. She also has a strong passion for Publishing, Tourism, and Entrepreneurship.
Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Marketing (with Merit) from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science & Management from the University of the West Indies. She is committed to delivering impact through strategy, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Jasmine Corbin
Jasmine joined the company in 2004 as Finished Goods Warehouse/Distribution Manager and was promoted to Supply Chain Manager five years later in 2009. Her role as Supply Chain Manager entails the management of the procurement of raw and packaging materials, import and export logistics, and the distribution of Finished Goods. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the Barbados Community College and an Executive Diploma in Management from the University of the West Indies.
Jasmine enjoys interacting with others, particularly the youth. Her motto is “Life is what you make it, so do the best you can at all times”. Outside of work, Jasmine is very involved in music and is the musical director of the award-winning Trinity Steel Orchestra at the Church of the Holy Trinity, a role she has proudly held for two decades.
Elaine Gill
Elaine joined WIBISCO in 2002 as the Finance Manager and Company Secretary. She is a Canadian CPA (formerly the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) of Canada) and a proud fellowship member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
Throughout her accounting career, Elaine has gained extensive experience across various sectors within the manufacturing industry. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Elaine enjoys engaging in food production, interior decorating, and offering accounting and advisory support to small businesses.
Laina Jacob
With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Laina has served as the Human Resources Manager at WIBISCO since 2010. In this role, she leads initiatives that support employee well-being and organizational growth. Laina holds a BSc. in Sociology with Psychology and an MSc. in Work and Health Psychology.
Laina’s career spans the manufacturing, utilities, and financial services sectors, bringing a wealth of cross-industry expertise to her role. She believes in a strategic approach to HR Management and is committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Driven by a passion for people development, Laina finds fulfillment in helping individuals grow beyond their perceived potential. Her leadership style is rooted in empathy, empowerment and continuous improvement.
Delroy Walsh
Delroy has 40 years’ experience in biscuit manufacturing and has worked across the Bermudez Group Limited since 1996. He was R&D and Quality Manager at The Jamaica Biscuit Company (Jambisco) in his native Jamaica; then Production Manager at the Bermudez Biscuit Company Ltd. in Trinidad, and currently the Operations Manager at WIBISCO since 2007.
Delroy’s educational background spans from the Biscuit Baker Institute in the USA, University College of the Caribbean in Jamaica, to the postgraduate studies at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Cave Hill.
