Project Manager

WIBISCO is seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and control of technical projects across its Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities functions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, with at least three years of hands-on experience managing site-based engineering projects — preferably in a manufacturing environment. They must be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously while keeping them on time, within budget, and to the required standard. Strong analytical thinking, effective communication across all levels of the organisation, and a collaborative team-oriented approach are essential. A PMP certification and familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project would be advantageous. The role demands flexibility, a solid ethical grounding, and working knowledge of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements governing the engineering function.
